7-day money back on the $99 setup. Hosting is billed daily, so cancel and we stop charging. Your files are yours either way.
If you paid and don't love it,
we refund you.

The preview is free. There's nothing to refund. Reply with what's off — AI rebuilds free.
Nothing owed...paid $99 and want out within 7 days.

Full $99 refund...cancel after the 30-day free hosting.
Hosting prorated daily. Cancel mid-month, we refund the days you didn't use.
Prorated refund...site goes down for more than an hour.
Credits scaled to downtime: 10% under 99.9%/mo, 30% under 99%, full month under 95%.
Auto credit...want a refund after 7 days.
$99 setup non-refundable after the 7-day window. Hosting is still cancel-anytime.
Setup non-refundable...bought a domain through us, then cancel.
Domain registrations non-refundable per ICANN rules. The domain stays yours; transfer it.
Domain stays yours...used AI changes / blog generation.
Unused paid credits refundable within 7 days. Redeemed credits non-refundable.
Unused: refund...sold something through your shop.
Shop transactions go through your Stripe directly — money never touches us. You issue refunds.
Handled on Stripe...had your account suspended for terms violation.
If we suspend for terms violation (illegal content, abuse, fraud), no refund is owed.

How to request
Email hello@handsfreesites.com. We don't require a reason. Processed within 1-2 business days; return to card takes another 3-10 business days.
How it's sent
Back to the original payment method. We can't refund to a different card.
Disputes & chargebacks
Email first — chargebacks cost us a fee. If you file one, we provide evidence to Stripe; your account is paused during the dispute.
VAT / tax
Refunded along with the principal amount. US sales tax — same.
Affiliate referrals
Refund within 60 days → affiliate commission clawed back from the next payout.
Conflicts
This refund policy is part of our terms of service. If anything conflicts, the terms govern.
